The School has various clubs.

HEALTH CLUB

School has a well-organised Health Club. Health related activities are organised throughout the year for the students under the guidance of School Health Committee.

Our health policy is framed as per the Health- promoting Principles supported by the WHO.Each class has four Health Leaders who make sure that students adopt healthy practices in and outside the classroom. Our school has a health calendar. We observe health related days as per our health calendar. World Disability Day, No Tobacco Day, Blood Donation Day, World AIDS Day is observed with multifarious activities like Poster-making, Slogan writing, Essay-writing, Debate and Declamation for students to spread awareness on these vital issues. Healthy recipe contest for staff members, Medical camp for students, Health talk by experts, Guidance and Counseling services for parents and students are some of the highlights of our health programme.

Consumer Club:

The objectives of consumer club scheme are to educate children about the rights of the consumers as provided in the consumer protection act 1986; to mobilize youngsters by instilling in them the spirit of protection of consumer rights; to impart knowledge about the role of the consumers in protection of their rights and to strengthen the consumer movement in the country. The motto of consumer club is ‘Jago Grahak Jago’.

Eco Club:

To gain an understanding of our environment and our place in it ‘Gulmohar Eco Club’ was established. Our ‘Vrinda Herbal Garden’ has various medicinal as well as other plants like kalmegh, ashwagandha, chetrak, sham tulsi etc. Various activities are organized in our club like Triveni Day Celebration, earth day, conservation day, save oil week, environment day, biodiversity day etc. Every year tree plantation day is being organized and the students voluntarily adopt the plants and take care of them. Activities like environmental quiz, essay writing, poster making competitions are organized on various occasions.

Cultural club:

As a part of co-curricular activities we organize activities which are helpful in developing intellectual and aesthetic qualities of the children. The main objective of these activities is to bring out the inner talent of the children. We prepare students for various competitions in the school as well as interschool competitions like singing, role play, skits, slogan writing and so on.

Peace Club:

With the aim of protecting youngsters from being imbued by violence in the society and preparting them for building a peaceful world a peace club was initiated in the school. 40 students of different classes are the members of the peace club. The members are learned to be practical and act upon what they say. The various activities of the peace club include moral instructions of the day, displaying peace mottos, appreciating class mediators and so on. Under the 52 virtues project the students speak on the virtues like truth, sincerity, honesty, love, friendliness in the morning assembly.
